Nupaf sources using a wide variety of resources available to our team including our existing global supplier database, relationship factories across industries and countries, and other network back-channels. We also aim to get the best possible pricing by working with ground level factories that have more competitive prices than suppliers on various online platforms - many of whom are traders claiming to be factories.

Nupaf carries out due diligence on all suppliers before they become part of our supplier database. Supplier verification is an important component of our total quality management system that assures that a supplier's product is produced, packaged, and shipped under a controlled process that results in consistent conformance to our requirements. Our process supports the concept of quality at the source by doing it right the first time thereby substantially reducing or eliminating the need for final quality inspections by the supplier, by our internal quality process, or by our client. The primary objective of the verification process is to assure consistent high quality as demonstrated by predictable conformance to our requirements. The basic premise is that we want to identify suppliers that have adequate process controls in place and they provide legitimate proof that their products are consistently fit for use, authentic, and meet 100% of our requirements.

Nupaf's team has more than 40 years of combined procurement experience, which in most cases allows us to provide a 'best-fit' solution for our clients in terms of pricing, payment terms, trade terms, & AQL Levels.

Nupaf fully supports client 'due diligence' inspections of factory premises (as required) to include the provision of 'sign-off' samples as well as on-site QC inspections at desired stages of the mass production process.

Nupaf's extensive global supplier database permits us to efficiently conduct a market scan to verify if target prices are consistent with the going market prices for your product and permit us to ascertain if Nupaf can reduce pricing on client's existing products so they can get an ROI on the product service immediately.

Compliance Assurance: Nupaf verifies the various certifications requested by our clients from suppliers to ensure that they have relevant & “Genuine” certifications for your country (e.g. verification of CE, ROHS, CSA and other similar certifications).

Nupaf signs NCNDA and service contracts with suppliers to ensure various QC clauses are added and there is a clear mechanism for dispute resolution on the behalf of our clients. With offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam, UK, and Europe, Nupaf has the global presence to address issues in a timely manner.

Nupaf is always ready to assist with and manage Air freight & Sea freight (LCL & FCL) to our client's preferred destinations.
